The waist belt fits from 33" - 43". The crotch strap is also adjustable for the perfect fit and locks on. A small brass disc covers the locking post before the padlock is inserted to cover the hasp of the padlock. This not only looks great, but adds a level of security to make it even harder to get at the hasp in order to cut it off.
