WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
We offer multiple shipping options depending on your location.
For Express Shipping, we've partnered with DHL/UPS/EMS Shipping so that your order arrives quickly!
For Sea Shipping, we will ship it to your nearest sea port, so that your order arrives economically!
We also offer store pick up shipping, it can ship to your forwarder's warehouse in China

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
The below are our partnered logistics companies and estimated timeframes. Time in transit varies depending on where you're located.

UPS: 3-6 business days
EMS: 7-10 business days
China Post:10-30 business days
Sea Shipping: 20-40 business days
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

CAN I SHIP TO PO BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
Our shipping partners are unable to ship to APO/FPO military addresses. So please provide a street address for your order.
WHAT ABOUT VAT AND OTHER TAXES?
International orders are marked as magic supplies. VAT may still apply in many countries, so be sure to check your local importation regulations.

For example, orders shipped to the U.K. are subject to a Value Added Tax, which is out of our control. Every order is marked with the actual dollar value. For legal reasons, values cannot be substituted. You are responsible for paying any taxes and fees charged when your order is imported.

Due to the nature of our business we accept no returns and there are no exchanges on personal products. Most products include a manufacturer’s warranty. Please take the time to fill this out and send it in.

MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT DO I DO?
We want you to end up with your items in perfect condition. If they don’t arrive that way, Please contact us directly. We may ask for photos so we can see what happened, but we will sort things out for you.
I AM MISSING AN ITEM, OR I RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM?
Don't worry. Submit a support ticket to us. We'll make sure you receive the correct products as soon as possible or refund directly.
WHY DOES IT LOOK LIKE MY TOY HAS BEEN OPENED?
Because it has been opened. If a toy take batteries, we put some in to make sure it works before sending it to you. There is nothing worse than finding your new sex toy doesn’t work.

IF MY ORDER DETAINED BY CUSTOMS, WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEARANCE?
If the items are detained by Customs after the shipment has left China, the buyer is responsible for clearance of the detained items.
